Service persones not attending

I have already submitted this complaint but there is no response till date.

I am in Jammu. In spite of the repeated request, service persons are not attending the machine, They keep on postponing the visit. The drum is not moving. They saw once and never turned up. Since one month the person who is attending the call is saying they will come the next day. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this attitude. No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal. It seems that I should suggest others not to buy this machine because the service is not proper in Jammu.
