Poor Service and false committment

I bought IFB Microwave 2 years back from kuruvithadom agencies muvattupuzha, ernakulam kerala, . In September'08 it became non operational. I called up customer care and they gave me some ticket number twice during last 6 months. within 2 years, but somebody from the service point called me and the person is already sent for the service and am waiting for him for the last 3 days without moving from my home nad was totally messup with my daily routine, i got the call from 09072180107, daily and iformed the custservice exe is on tghe way but ...??? I am at the way where neither I get it repaired nor sell it off as there is no one to buy it. In short, IFB is not at all a reliable brand to use. i hope somebody will take care and do the things asap
