THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD PURCHASED A IFB MICROWAVE IN APRIL. I CALLED IFB CUSTOMER CARE ON 30 MARCH (FRIDAY) TO GET MY MICROWAVE SERVICED. THEY LOGGED MY CALL AND GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NO. 8555276. AND TOLD ME THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS. I WAITED FOR 3 DAYS.THEN ON MONDAY ...
