Dear sir,

Our washing machine of front load had a complaint we intimated the service center on

27 september our complaint number is 7258587 it’s in amc but those service center people are telling they will send but they are not sending please forward our problem they came on 29 sep and told that door lock has gone and told that they will send with In two days but till now it didn’t respond. when we phoned to warangal incharge srinivas is very irresponcible not responding to the phone properly and he don’t know how to talk to the customer.we are at mammillagudem, ramalayam center, khammam, andhrapradesh our mobile number is 9392229192 please forward our problem we are suffering a lot.
