IFB WASHING MACHINE
NOT WORKING

My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai. In spite of the repeated request and booked complaint and the complaint number also allotted and informed to local technicians no service persons are attending the machine or attending without rectifying the mistakes and once they go out of my residence residnce the machine is now working., The manager at Chennai is sending some unqualified technicians and without solving the problem, the complaint is closed..I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

i have been loding complaint since september last week, but still the problems is not solved. my last complaint number is 7583101.

I WOULD BRING TO NOTICE THAT 10 DAYS BEFORE COMSUMER COURT HAS GIVEN A JUDGMENT IN FAVOUR OF COMPLAINANT THAT ONCE THE MACHINE UNDER WARRANTY, IT IS THE DUTY OF DEALER TO RECITY THE PROBLEMS AND THE COURT HAS SLAPPED FINE UPTO RS.50, 000/-

I AM HAVING THE JUDGMENT ORDER WITH ME, IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT SORTED OUT WITHIN 24 HOURSE, WE WILL MEET THE COURT AND I WILL SUE FOR MORE THAN RS.1 LACS FOR MENTAL AGONY, ETC. THIS IS THE LAST WARNING. HOPE YOU WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO INITIATE LEGAL ACTION.
