My washing machine developed noise in the rinse and spin cycles. I lodged a complaint with customer care complaint No 8680857 on 18 Apr. The mechanic came and took a look on 19 Apr and said a part was to be replaced. Today is 30 Apr the part has not been repaired. The service franchise Mr Hari said the part is coming from GOA. After a week it didn't reach there was no communication from IFB so I called again. This time A Ms Deepika spoke and promised action in four days. Today is the fourth day and I was directed to Ms geetanjali who says the part is not available in the factory. I have not heard anything more absurd. Is it that the machine is off the production line because part is not available. If the production line is on then why can't the part be made available even after 11 days. IF there is a problem at the factory end they should give me a machine to use till they can repair the one I have. Or remove the part ofrom a new machine in stock and repair my machine and let the company equipment suffer the downtime. Having bought the costliest machine in the market this is not the kind of services I expected. Please help
