Non availability of Control Board

Washing Machine Senorita DX not working since August 30and had registered a complaint as per the details given above.

Techinician had come and attended to the problem on 31st August and had said that he had to replace the Control Board at which time he informed the office and they in turn informed that the part would be available by Friday, 2nd September. Till date the part is not available in the Company. The manager Mr. Kumar (9920414073) gives a big assurance that I do not have to talk to anyone and he will do the needful tomorrow itself - this was on September 12. His tomorrow has not come till date and now he is avoiding my phone calls.

Regret to inform that till date i.e. 16th September no action has been taken for this complaint neither from the Company nor their service centre at Chembur/Vikhroli

This is a mental harassment to the customer. I would like to know the procedure to cancel the AMC immediately.
