Service Person not Attending

Ref: AMC No. : IFB/ G/ 20269

We had first lodged our for the above mentioned IFB Washing Machine on the 1st of Sept 10 for which we given a complaint no. 5035266 dt. 1/9/09.

However, on nobody attending our complaint, we had to send a reminder by Email.

Following which, one IFB representative came to us on the 4th, checked the machine and told us that certain parts (that are readily available) need to be replaced and that he would come with the same parts on the next day.

However, till date he has not turned up. We tried contacting your office by phone but that too did not help.

We fail to understand what kind of AMC is this that the company is offering.

We request you to immediately look into the same matter and revert back.
