IFB WASHING M/C - SENORITA DX
M/C BREAKDOWN - DRUM rING BROKER

The M/c Senorita DX is under AMC for 2 years. The Ring oattached to the drum broken and made a complaint on 4th Oct. 2010 (Complaint No. 5219983 dt. 4-10-10) No action has been taken by the franchise till date even after repeated reminders. Since the matter is pending for a long period I am compelled to approach the Consumder Forum for redressel.
