Kodak camera z980 ordered whereas I received C180 low quality

Order NO: BID 440009019 for Z980 camera. I did not receive camera due to wrong address entered in their billing. The goods returned back to company.

after series of mails and phone calls, I received Kodak Camera c180 without any promised gifts like memory card, rechargable 4 batteries.

any calls made to them they will make us to wait for 30 minutes stating they are too busy. Never their senior people attended complaint though it was promised they will call and resolve.

Mails are responded without being read with standard answers.

I have paid through credit a sum of Rs. 5748 on 24/09/09 and received interier quality of camreas without invoice so that any misplacement done by their packing staff can not be caught.

Request to address to get Z980 camera with memory card and 4 rechargable batteries and charger.

I lost hope in talking to them, let this forum bring the wrong to the notice to general public so that further loss of money can be avoided.
