Non refund of ammount

I ordered 1 nokia lumia 710 handset from india times shopping on 10 feb by making payment in advance and promised date of delivery was 14 feb, but when i not received the same by 17 feb, i requested for the cancellation of the order and they responded that the amount will be refunded in 7-8 working days.

But still today i am not getting my money and now while contacting they again want 7-8 working days.

Please help in refunding my amount asap, as this company using my money.
