Non-Delivery of Product

My name is Durga Prasad Mishra. I had booked a product (Philips Music System) by responding the tele call from India Today book Club on 19/01 for Rs. 7598/-. I was told that the same will be delivered to my address within a week. I had paid the amount through my credit card. I was offered free gifts of 2 Night - 3 Days Holiday stay for 2 adult & 1 child in a 5-star hotel alongwith 5000/- gift voucher on www.suratdiamond.com online jwellery shopping. Till date I have sent mails so many times and got the response to wait for so many days. It is too much frustrating to trust on such a reputed organisation.
