My membership no with India Today Book Club is ITBC09151354.

They sent me the wrong product after promising another product (even the promised specs were a lie). The product has been received back by them on Dec 18th. I am still waiting for a refund.

I have sent them scores of mails, spent hundreds on phone calls but to no avail. Every time they tell that the matter has been escalated and give me a date by which I shall get a refund.(now they have stopped giving any dates too. Their customer care acknowledges that their promises have proven to be false many times hence they would not give a date and I shall have patience. My requests for talking to a senior are met with standard response that they are not authorized to pass on the phone)

If there is an award for cheating, ITBC will win it hands down. Perhaps this is the arrogance born out of being a big media house. They have been unearthing scams, who can dare to unearth theirs?

The number of complaints that we see against their name is proof enough of their intentions.
