Non receipt of camera booked on 17 nov 09

Dear Sir

I have booked a camera through India today book club and transferred my money on 17 nov 09. But till date i did not receive my camera and every time i call them they say, your order has been fully processed throgh dart mail and they give some consignemt no. This company is not at all responding and no one from their co is responding properly.

i am shocked & surprised how India today book club is making fool of common people.

They have assured free gift also alongwith this camera (kodak 9.2 mp). I dont know how many persons got cheated like this by this co. Please help/guide me to get the camera. My mail id is vikki1996@sify.com
