No refund of cancelled orde

Dear sir,

i would like to bring the following information to you.

1. Mr. Amit of ITBC has talked tome over phone and sold me one samsung mobile (pmnia pro) for 14, 598/- and he has told that i will be getting reebkk track suit and watech free, holiday voucher. also i have won Rs.15, 000/-. and entry in to superprize. also told that i am in top 2 of top 10 customers.

2. one week later Mr. asin from ITBC called me and told that i have won Rs.1, 00, 000/- .so, i have to pay 14, 598/- towards tax.this will give me one free gift I.E whirl pool water purifier (reverse osmosis). about the money, i will be getting it in the last week of may.

3. after one week again i got call from itbc only saying that u have purchased whirl pool water purifier for 14, 598/-, but because the courier service is not able to deliver the goods, your amount will be redirected to the credit card with in two weeks. then i told him that it is free gift as per mr. asin. but he denied and told that that is not afree gift.

4. tilltoday even after many requests they are not starting the refund process.
