Bad service

I am very disappointed by the service of Infibeam. The product was delivered in time in good condition but my message note was missing. I had written an email regarding the note, made international call to your customer care to confirm that my note has been received. And still it is so disappointing that there was no note message attached. How would my friend know that it is a gift for him from my side. He didn't even use the PSP thinking its wrong delivery. The whole point of a surprise was gone.

On top of that when I wrote an email to them regarding this, I did not even get a response. Bad experience!
