Battery not charging

Ihave Purchased a Invon Tubular Battery on 14/6 . From Swaraj Electricals Kalyan.

After almost One year the battery started creating problem. i.e Inverter is Showing Battery is Fully Charged but when load shading is there battery is down after 15 minutes.

The Supplier Swaraj electrical has check the same and was told battery on cell is not charging so he replaced the water and Charged the battery with Charger. after One month same problem was started and again the person came and told that there is problem with Inverter machine so he replaced the inverter machine but fortunately the same problem arises i.e the battery was not charging and within 15 minutes inverter is down.

Again the party has taken the battery for repair and will be delivered within a day or two i.e after 8 days.

The warranty period is 24 months but started creating problem within one year only.

Kindly take up the matter and resolve it.
