I have purchase kabonn K551 dated on 26 dec.2009.&observe the battery back up.there is no satisfactory.within 24 hour, 2 Hr. charging is must without using video player, games, music player, torch etc.after that no service station at nagpur sity.no customur care help line no.exist mention on box &also mail address.

so there is customer harrashment by karbonn.replay me as early as possible.
