Mobile warrantee

I have purchased a Karboon K332 mobile last year this mobile is under warrantee till 05.10. this mobile torch light not working since last few days. I have contacted to local service vender Balaji Communication, infront Bansal Classes 2-fa-1 Vigyan nagar Kota –324005 (9829932098) the service vender said that mobile torch not being under warranty if you want to change you pay 130/- for LED and service charges. in mobile hand book no mention that LED/torch not covered under warrantee. Please help me or guide to me for solve this problem.
