Commitment Not honored by Kenstar Customer Service

We are currently using Kenstar Air Cooler Model # 9704C. WE registered a complain on the 9th April Complain # THA -0904100550 the Technician came to inspect said the water pump is out of order the company will replace as it is in warranty. Post that no one came we tried to follow up however a new complain was raised with our acknowledgement. few days later another technician came gave us the same feedback. Till date the issue is not resolved when I checked with customer service on 25th April we realized that the complain was cancelled. So we got a new complain number - THA-2504100365 and TAT of 24 hours. This how a they treat a Consumer using Air coolers.
