From the day 1, the delivered kenstar cooler was not working. The fan is faulty and the same has been brought to the notice of the showroom.

Till today no action has been taken and neither the cooler is replaced nor it is repaired.

The complaint has fallen to the deaf ears of the showroom authorities.
