Non receipt of free gift

We purchased a kenstar microwave oven on 7 aug 09 from Nandilath G Mart, Calicut, Kerala and was given a scratch card for the surprise gift. We won an iron box. The dealer told us that there was no stock n to come back later, we have gone over 6 times there and now the dealer says that kenstar has not provided them with the gift and if we insist he will give us the iron box on payment of Rs.200.00.

Are we customers fools? I need to be compensated for having being cheated with false promises and my valuable time being wasted. Didnt expect such complaint from a company like kensta
