Sir, I have tried to lodge a complaint through toll free number i.e. 18004194040 but no body is there to operate this phone, I waited for many times more that 1/2 Hrs. but in vain. I also contacted Mr. Nirmal Kumar, Manager, by taking his number from Yash Electronics, Mohan Singh Market, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. But neither the dealer nor the area manager is ready to hear my problem, If this could not be settled out easily. I will try my best to get justice by meeting consumer court. I hope and sure that Kenstar authorities will do needful in this regard. Hope for the best.
