Kent RO water purifier
Not providing after sale servces

Dear Sir,

I have bought a new KENT RO water purifier system. At the time of purchasing the product I was informed about the after sale services provided by the company.

As per the terms and condition I should have provided with four services in a first year, but unfortunately I was not been facilitated till date.

I was asked and lodge my complaints regularly to the concern person, but there had been no response at all.

The above state that company is quite irresponsible against after sale services and not even heard from customer problems.
