Defective camera and other commitments not fulfilled

The camera supplied is defective and i was informed on telephone that there will be jewelery worth Rs. 5000/- and rebock sun glass will be supplied but the same have not been received till date. Also, the book club is sitting mum after taking the money by the credit card. This is nothing short of crude cheating by India Today. In this event i intend to lodge an FIR at the competent place and also moving to consumer forum to take the matter to the logical conclusion. The contact number of telephone given by you is also a farce.

Should I expect now that you will wake up and act to salvage your position?
