Poor service from hcl infosystems, pune

I have purchased Kodak Digital Camera c195 on 4-10 through local sales showroom vishal photo shopee, kolhpur. on 25th of this month, screen goes blank. when contacted to kolhapur supplier, he told that there is no service center in kolhapur and he dont know where to send. I found out on net that HCL Infosystems provide service for Kodak Cameras in pune. So i send this camera to Pune, Hcl Infosystems on 26-6 by professional couier (docekt no. 644968). From that day, i am taking followup, hcl is not replying well as well as not giving me status of my camera. i have called them so many times, they transfers phone for very long period, nobody picks phone, when contacted again, the operator tolds us to contact tomorrow/ next day etc.etc..

how to get service in such situation. Today i have given complaint on Kodak Tollfree 1800228877, they told me that they will do enquiry and contact me.
