In the present arrangement any service man comes, cleans the chimney and takes money. The dealer has not dealing the service matter properly. The service charge is Rs. 500/- which is more than the service charge of a car. The work involve is only for one hour. The chimney is spoiling all the wall of kitchen. What is the use of purchasing such chimney? Chimney cleaning has become monopoly business, the dealer is not selling any parts and insist on servicing from a lay man without any identity card.
