No prper water dispensing

Hi,

We have Purchased a volt as water dispenser (Mini magic) in the month of August 09 from Metro. Now we are finding very difficult to get water from the dispencer.

Water is not coming at all. Kindly tell me how to contact to customer care of this company & what is the number. I, m from Bangalore.
