NO REPLY NO REFUND

I placed order with Letsbuy.com wrongfully without obtaining the Order No. Cheque for Rs. 2152/- was sent and the same was encashed by them on 6/09. On my enquiry about non receipt of the item, I was told that no items can be delivred without order number. I asked them to refund my money. I received one mail that on the basis of my enquiry (I sent photo copy of my bank pass book as a proof of payment made) they have received the payment which will be refunded me soon. Thereafter, no mail is attended by them in spite of a number of mails no reply is received nor any refund. I am a Senior Citizen and unable to visit their office at Gurgaon. My hard earned money is gone.
