Sound system not working

Dear Team

I had lodged a complain to LG customer care Officer Ms Sabana on 1st August regarding sound system not working for my TV.

Complain No: C1080100340.As per her voice, some body should contact me within 24 hrs form my Call. Sorry to say you that i have not received a single call from your company representative.

My tv is on warranty period and now the sound system is not working.

Request you to do the needful asap.
