LG Front Load Washing machine
Timer issue in washing machine

Hi,

I have bought LG Front Load washing machine on 6th April having capacity of 5.5kg. Washing machine is taking 3hours 15 minutes to wash clothes but as we confirmed from LG showrooms, it should take 45 minutes. Maximum wash tome should be 1 hour. We have registered so many complaints through customer care but didn't get any response.

I have registered total 6 complaints regarding the same. 5 complaints were not responded at all. LG service engineer came home on the requisition of 6th compalint. He just struck that washing machine is working perfectly. There is no issue.

So I am really in a pain after taking this product.

Could you please cooperate in resolving this issue?
