No network & no connectivity

Dear Sir,

Since last over three days I have been complaining to the appointed Relation Manager Ms. Priya about no range of loopmobile service in my office situated in the above building.

On 08.12.2010 at 05:22 p.m. I have received the confirmation of the registration of my complaint under Docket No. DOC-SR-081285056. However despite my repeated calls to Ms. Priya every day and at times, twice a day, the network is still not there. My clients who have Loop service, also are complaining of no network service.

But for the intimation from Ms. Priya that the officers shall be carrying out the survey, nothing has been done till date.

For want of network, immense difficulties are caused besides monitory losses to me and my clients.

Is this the service and help which you provide to your claims.

Please ensure that the network is restored without any further complaint on my part for otherwise I shall definately do the needful.
