Deduction of balance

Loop mobile assistance are really cheating us by deducting balance. i had asked customer execetive to deactivate the service of hungama pack i.e model of the dat and full song subscription.they have deactivated full song subscription.but not the model of the day.despite of asking 100 times to customer execetives they are not reverting back with the answer.i talked to Mr Vasim but he is not doing any work.please revert back to me as soon as possible.
