To whom so ever it may concern,

This is to bring in notice about the genset we purchased from mahindra powerol from ambala dealer.

we purchased this mahindra 5kva genset arnd 6 months before it worked pretty well for 2-3 months, but from 2 months we are facing problem. we even got it serviced twice in these 3 months only because service manager said its required, some times its gets on automatically and some times it gets off automatically with full deisel in it, once it got on at 2 mid nite and the watchman called us at that time but it didnt got off so ultimately we have to pull out all the wires, again after 2 days same thing happened at 12 mid night. and when we called service tem they said there is some fault in sensor so we have to change that like this they have changed 2-3- parts and some 15 days before when we said we want to gt it replaced they took our genset and said we will make it perfect and will send, yesterday they sent that genset after repair assuring that everything is perfectlly alright. Now today in evening it again stopped working and since 7 pm engineeres are working and its 11 and we are still in office and now they are saying that this problem is there in this 5 kva gensets, if there is problem in this thing then why ae they selling this. hoping for a favourable response.
