Mobile not returned

I had purchaseda mobile from Shop No.5, Manish MArket, Paltan Rd., Nr. CST on 27/08. He assured me that the purchased mobile will work for CDMA after activation. Since i am from Gujrat i had to return to my base. As it did not get activated for next 5 to 6 days, he advised it to return to me. Since couriers do not accept mobile, i had to pay Rs. 200 for sending it to him.

After next 4 to 5 days on my continuous follow up he told me that he has dispatched it through courier. After waiting for 3 to 4 days i started following him up. Almost 15 days have passed i have not received mobile back and the person concerend has stopped taking phone calls also. The only proof i have is courier receipt. His phone number is 9702557509.

I do not know what to do now?
