Not working properly

Dear sir,

I am parameshwar (advocate).

I was purchased a maxx mobile mx475 on the date of 09.01.2011. It is not working properly always it shows insert Sim and its bluetooth is also not working and data cable system is also not working i approach service center also they were taken my mobile for 2 days and said rectified my problem through repair. But there is the same problem it have. that's why i want new mobile.kindly help me please.other wise i have to go to consumer court to get remedy for me.my mobile no is 9849289745.e mail id is paramesh9849@gmail.com.
