Mobile handset not repaired within the warrenty period

Sir,

i purchased one micromax x332 handset on 3/8/09 having EMEI n.o-351638017712474.

on 20th june i had a problem with the handset. When the screen shows the on-screen balance and at that moment if somebody calls me and if i receive the phone the whole system get reset and again the mobile searches for the tower of the service provider and it acts like the phone was just swithched on.later on i tried to contact the micromax customer care at phone n.o 1860-500-8286 but of no use.the list of the phone numbers of the service centres that were given in the service guide where not working. I somehow got the address of the authorized servicing centre "M/s roy enterprise" in guwahati.0n 29th of june i gave my mobile for repairing and the job sheet n.o is 223988.After 33 days they are saying that my mobile will not be repaired and they are giving it without repairing.my mobile is in warrenty period but still they are not ready for repairing it.
