Sir I have purchase Micromax X-360 on 06/05 from vadodara. after 2 and half month battery problem start and my phone became dead. After 1 week I got it repaired but on same day it stared with heating problem. So I return on same date with job card no. 552476. Till date its not resolved and no one is ready to answer me when will I get it back. Even Gujarat regional office also not picking the phone. So kindly look in to the matter and please get it repaired. More over if possible either change my instrument.
