Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Ashish Sharma, Mobile No. 09505955777 .I ordered a mobile handset of Rs 2999 from Naptol

with order number 3424991 .They committed " 100 % money back Guarantee ". I returned the handset to company as it was defected and they assured that refund will be processed within 21 working days, But three months have passed and company is not returning my money. I have put so many complaints to Naptol -Customer care but they never bothered.

It is a big cheating, although they give 100 % money back guarantee addvertisement on television and in newspapers. This company seems to be fraud. Pls do needfull to get my money back and close such type of

fraud company. Wating for a quick and kind revert.
