Nokia 3110C
Mobile switching off

I have purchased nokia 3110c last year.. within 15 months it had regularly troubled with switch off problems.. some 5 or 6 times it has happened within 15 months.. whenever i went to nokia care i got similar reply that it has viruses.. even i havent used the memory card or bluetooth since last 2 services.. nokia care executives are also not giving proper reply.. everytime they do software update & each month i have to pay 150rs..

dont know what to do? my memory card is working properly in other cell.. i want a permanent solution because i m fed up with getting all my numbers again & again.. so whats the solution???
