Back cover leaves scales

Sir,

I am Anand kumar buy a mobile phone before three months but

now the back cover leaves scales. When I goes to nokia care, do not get

any responce. I also call nokia coustmer care but the result is same.

In the last, I make a complain to you, for further responce.
