Nokia 5130
Msg timing error and hanging

Sir,

i have purchsed nokia 5130 on october. we have got problem in msg timing error and hanging problem many time and i have many time change software from nokia but problem is as it is. According to nokia service centre this problem is coming in this set and they have got not updated software of this problem. my warrenty period is pending only two month..
