Nokia 5310 hand set
Non repair/repair and loss of original set by customer care centre

COMPLAINT

I purchased nokia 5310 on 14.5.2009 . It developed technical snags. I handed over the set to nokia care centre in sector 7 Panchkula (Haryana) on 10.11.2009.

-I visited the centre 4 times, but every time I was shown a different old set of a different colour (Mine is black one). Finally I was asked to come on 4.12. but same story was there. Person concerned (Mr. Vikas) offered me a grey coloured old set saying that the company has replaced it. I refused to accept the set, since the company never replaces the set with old and open set. I also talked to the managing partner, Mr. Hitender Molekhee and requested him to either arrange to give me back my mobile set duly repaired, or to get the same replaced, if the same was not repairable, since the same was within warranty.

-It is very sad that Nokia care centres are giving a very bad name to the reputation of NOKIA and after sales service is becoming a big ZERO

Should I expect that the company will take some early action, in the name of its own reputation
