I have a NOKIA 5800 xpress music phone with EMEI No. 357988030289750. It is having some major problem as it is restarting by itself again and again as i start working on it. Sometimes it just hangs with no keys working.

I have shown it to Nokia Care (NEXTEL, GF 19 VIDYA LUXMI COMPLEX, ABU LANE, MEERUT) 4 times but again and again they say that it has a software problem and they upload a newer version of software and return my phone to me. This restarting problem is coming again and again.

Now i have once again submitted my phone to the above said Nokia Care with Job Sheet no.242433527/100225/10 and request you to please look inti this matter as soon as possible and if required please replace my phone. PLZ REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
