Improper servicing

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am Hariharan, working in THE TIMES OF INDIA, Chennai.

I purchased Nokia 6303 (silver) mobile on 31.10.2009 from Univercel in Velachery. In a period of around 7-8 months from the purchase, I experienced the key pad problem. when I approached univercell, they asked me to give for servicing. I gave it on 26.07.10 in the Univercel. After a week, I received a call from nokia care and asked my opinion to pay for the servicing. I accepted the deal.By yesterday I got a call from Univercel and heard my mobile is ready to use. I went there and checked. My mobile's speaker was not working. I enquired the people in the centre and they called nokia care again. They said, my mobile has some problemand have asked again a week's time to resolve it.

I gave mobile for one problem. After servicing I met another problem. I don't know what is the servicing and customer relation that is maintained. I need a replacement for my mobile. I do not dare to approach consumer court for my waiting time and improper servicing.

I have one personal concern with the company - I found that NOKIA is celebrating the 15th anniversary. Good to hear it and my wishes to NOKIA but but why is the Customer relation so poor, this kind of relation may have negative effects?
