NOKIA 6500s
Small problem become unrepairable for Company

Dear Sir

I have Nokia 6500s which was having some problems in its keypad. Some of the keys have double impact on its pressing. I have shown in Nokia Care. They replied that it will take 3-4 days. Some IC has to changed. They had commited 4-5 times but everytime they said it had not yet repaired, the set has gone to company. Finally after 18-20 days they replied that it is UNREPAIRABLE.I want to know that what does mean a handset manufactured by nokia has refused to repaired it. Does Company makes such sets which could not be repaired in future. Either Company is making such defecting sets or nokia care making me fool.

Please do the necessary steps.
