Regarding replacement due to diffrent problems

Hi this is Gaurav Brahme I have Nokia 701. I bought this phone on 1st Jan within two months of purchase I had to face the problem of dust. I had given it for repair in Nokia gallery and when I got it back the piece was defective its vibration cracked, again i had to give it for repair in Delhi Head office after which the piece was working fine for 1 an half month. In short duration of time again I was facing the problem of dust to which again I had to give my phone for repair in the gallery, as you can see how much time I had to waste for keep repairing this phone, and this time when i got my phone back from gallery

the camera was giving problem again I had to give it for repair, it takes almost 45Days to get the phone back from gallery and i am using unlimited net pack which is activated on my sim but due to giving it on repair my alternate phone does not have this facility it’s a basic phone. I would like to request you for a replacement of my phone. As the person in the Nokia gallery says that I will face this dust problem a lot and every time I cant go repair and when I get it back there is one or the other defect on the piece kindly look into this matter and do the replacement
