Pathetic handset

I bought a Nokia 710 about a month back, they asked me to upgrade. The software as the New. version was available, after getting the handset upgraded, I starters Facing problem my handset use to restart every 3 to 4 hour no matter what you are doing talking, chatting, surfing. It will restart I submit. The hand set at the Nokia store and the kept it for a couple if days for observation, they upgraded the software. And assured that it will work properly. As soon as I start downloading from the market place the phone is facing the same problem it, restarts every time I try opening a file. this is the most ugliest handset Nokia. Has ever produce I am sick of the handset. Can U suggest me some thing. Or U want me to put this hand set in the recycle bin... I am using Nokia.
