Repeated same problems after 2 servicing inNokia Cente

I had purchased Nokia 7210c model Mobile phone in the month of July. The details are as follows:

There was a complaint in this mobile that the incoming voice was audible to me but the outgoing voice was not audible to the other guy talking to me. When I gave it for rectification in the Nokia Service Centre at Salem, they told me that it has happened due to penetration of water into the system and it was rectified the next day. In another 15 days the mobile was given for servicing in Delhi Tughlaqabad Service Centre for the same problem. It was rectified free of cost and again after a month the same problem cropped up. I am really fed up for the complaints in this mobile. As the system is in warranty I want the Mobile to be replaced and a new one issued either. Kindly do the needful. Hoping a positive reply soon.
