We had purchased a Nokia7210 supernova on 20 sept. 2010 its audibility is not clear and the outgoing calls are not audible to the person recieving

there is another problem we had got a ovi music voucher it had been redeemed but the tracks weren't downloaded and now the pin is not being accepted and itis displayed that the voucher had been used

kindly help us with these problems we believe on nokia's service and hope fo quick response
